In a Twitter post, GACA highlighted the implementation of the following arrival procedures:

Presentation of a valid PCR certificate 72 hours before flight.

Registration on the Qdoom platform.

Implementation of institutional quarantine procedures for a period of five days, regardless of vaccination status outside the Kingdom.

Quarantine packages for Saudi Arabia

Hotel quarantine packages vary depending on the city in the Kingdom. Passengers can book packages by entering their flight ticket PNR number.

Several airlines offer additional booking services for quarantine packages on their websites to increase passenger convenience.

The airlines have created a separate portal on their websites where passengers can choose three-, four- and five-star hotels for quarantine based on their city and arrival date.

Saudi Airlines

Saudi Airlines has offered quarantine packages for several hotels in Riyadh, Jeddah, Medina and Dammam.

The quarantine facility in Riyadh costs SAR 2,920 for three-star hotels, SAR 4,965 for four-star hotels, SAR 6,880 for five-star hotels (Hilton Hotel) and SAR 7,744 for five-star hotels (Lemeridian Hotel).

In Jeddah, the prices are SAR 2,425 for three-star hotels, SAR 3,010 for four-star hotels, SAR 4,375 for five-star hotels (Casablanca Grand Hotel) and SAR 8,608 for five-star hotels (Jeddah Hilton Hotel).

A three-star hotel in Dammam costs SAR 3,100, and a room in a four-star hotel (Star Hotel) can be booked for SAR 3,424.

In Medina, prices are SAR 2,443 for a three-star hotel, SAR 2,460 for a four-star hotel, and SAR 3,352 for a five-star hotel.

The packages include five nights of accommodation, two COVID tests per person, three meals, one airport-to-hotel transfer, and a room for five nights.

Flynas

Flynas, formerly known as Nas Air, offers very affordable quarantine hotel packages that include a five-day hotel stay, full board, airport transfers, and two PCR tests.

A three-star hotel in Riyadh is available from SAR 2,435, four-star hotels from SAR 2,870, and five-star hotels from SAR 3,780.

In Jeddah, three-star hotels for institutional quarantine are available from SAR 1,730, four-star hotels from SAR 2,460, and five-star hotels from SAR 3,705.

In Dammam, the rates are SAR 2,195 for a three-star hotel and SAR 3,630 for a four-star hotel.Saudi Quarantine packages.

PIA

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is offering a quarantine package for a three-star hotel in Jeddah and Dammam for SAR 1,825 and a five-star hotel package for SAR 3,050 for five days.

A quarantine package for a three-star hotel in Medina costs 2,225 Saudi riyals, while a quarantine package for a four-star hotel costs 3,125 Saudi riyals.

A quarantine package is also available in Riyadh for 1,650 Saudi riyals.

All packages include airport-to-hotel transportation, accommodation, three meals a day, and two PCR tests for the coronavirus.

The first COVID-19 PCR test is conducted upon arrival, the second five days after the end of quarantine.

The hotel may require a deposit upon check-in. If the room is found to be in good condition upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded.

During the quarantine period, hotel restaurants will only serve three meals in the room: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Children under six years old stay and eat for free when sharing a double room with their parents, provided that a maximum of two children share a double room. Children between seven and twelve years old can share a bed with their parents.
